GENE MACHINE IS MOVING!

Hello everyone! Some sad news (maybe)?

I'm gonna be abandoning Blogspot in place of the much easier to use (and nicer looking) Tumblr:

TUMBLR!

I KNOW I'M A TOTAL CONFORMIST. But barely anyone follows me on here anyway, and it's kinda more of a pain to post on here. I'll keep this blog around as an archive of the stuff I've posted, but all new artwork/animation/cool videos I post will be on the Tumblr.

Also, I don't remember if I mentioned this, but I have a Twitter too: OVER HERE!

Anyway, have a great week! See you at my new home! :)

Nick Cross, you bastard, you did it again. This was so gorgeous my mind couldn't even comphrehend it.

The Good Little Bunny with the Big Bad Teeth by Jessica Borutski

Pretty amazing animation/backgrounds in this short. Pretty awful message, but otherwise a rock solid short.

I'm still alive! I'm just working on lots of different things, so nothing will be finalized for a little while.

I have a Twitter now! GO HERE!
And how about a Facebook fanpage? GO HERE!
And maybe a Hyperboy fanpage, too? ALSO A LINK!

Have a great New Year! Hope your holidays were rad! :)

The Illusionist Trailer

HOLY CRAP A NEW MOVIE BY SYLVAIN CHOMET.

Meet Buck by TeamCerf

Man I could really get behind this 3D stylized as 2D kind of deal. First Salesman Pete, now this? I think we need to see a feature film in this style...

Mega Man MMO Teaser

Soooo I guess there's a MegaMan MMO being made in Korea? That's pretty amazing. I'd play the SHIT out of it.

Either way, this animation is amazing. I love Mega's badass drop from the the rooftop.

Zblu Cops Teaser

Oh my god, that was amazing.

That's a teaser for Zblu Cops, a French comic book put out by THESE DUDES.

Quite possibly my favorite artists ever right now. A lot of the stuff they do is in French, but if you wanna experience the joy that is their comics, read THIS BOOK. You will not regret it. It is perfect. From the artwork, to the designs, to the writing, it is an amazing thing.

I really wish their stuff would get translated into English more often. Especially Zblu Cops. It's like everything I want Zeus Guy to be.

Kwoon - I lived on the Moon

I don't think I ever posted this, but it's one of the most beautiful things ever.

Creature Combat IV: Slaughterhouse

The Wrong Block

Whew wow, that's some serious stylization. Love it.

Thanks to Mr.Kirun!

Keyframe Caddy Tool

CloudKid, a Flash animation studio, has just released an add-on to Flash that is the greatest thing ever. I've played around it with it a bit, and it's super duper amazing. Watch the video:

It makes lip sync SOOOO EASY. ARGHHH I LOVE IT. THANK YOU CLOUDKID.

Download it HERE.

V-V-VIDEO GAAAMES

Holy crap this looks beautiful. I am probably gonna love this game.

What a weird concept. But definitely interesting...

Retro City Rampage OFFICIAL Trailer from Vblank on Vimeo.

This is like a weird mash-up of every NES game ever...

My friends went to a local Gameworks (it's like a giant arcade) and played the SHIT out of this game. It's so awesome and cartoony, and you feel like you're ACTUALLY shooting a gatling gun at giant robots. One of the most rewarding experiences ever. And there's a weapon called the COLOSSUS MISSILE. AND IT MAKES A GIANT MUSHROOM CLOUD WITH A FROWNY FACE ON IT.

That is all. Carry on.

Parov Stelar Dance

A little different from what I usually post, but I just love this dance so much, I had to share it. It's how I would dance if I actually practiced all day, and not only at weddings.

Out of Sight

Beautiful little piece of animation!

Salesman Pete

Totally awesome.

If Zeus Guy looked like this, I would have NO problem with it being made in 3D.
